Come join us to learn the foundations and fundamentals of meditation lead by Hot Feet Fitness instructor Diana. Practice applying these techniques for yourself in an intimate and welcoming setting. We will teach you at what ever state you are in.

We live in a fast-paced and constantly moving world. One that seems to demand our time and attention. Work and personal life are often mashed together in a blur of activity. Information streams into us at a faster pace than ever, and with the advancement of technology, the pace of life seems to be getting faster and more frenetic every year.

We live under a weight of demands, real and imagined, that is debilitating. It takes a real modern day warrior to combat the challenges life throws us. Whether its juggling the demands at work, navigating the storms at home and maintaining a healthy social life, balance is needed to maintain a healthy and happy life.

If you have ever felt caught in the chaotic, frenzied spiral of life, if you have ever struggled to maintain all that life throws at you, if you have ever just wanted to learn how to find stillness in a world that is constantly pushing, if you are simply just a breathing human, this workshop is for you.
