Hello my lovelies! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been doing some holiday travel between Indiana and Kentucky (post coming soon!). I quickly learned that if you’re going to travel through the midwest, you’ve got to eat like you’re from the midwest. Between all the fantastic bourbon, beef, and brews, I (like the rest of the nation I’m sure), deviated a bit from my normal routine and found myself much more sluggish than I usually am. Now that the holiday is behind us, I’m happy to share some opportunities for all of you to get on back on track!

This weekend (July 14th – 16th) Hot Feet Fitness is celebrating its 2 year anniversary by offering all classes for free to the general public.
Hot Feet Fitness is a heated studio (ranging from 85 – 95 degrees) that offers a variety of classes for students of all fitness styles (X21, Barre Twist, Yoga, Korpor Stretch).
We’ll be kicking off the celebration on Friday July 14th at 7pm PST with a free class + happy hour hosted by the lovely Molly at Style Miss Molly and athletic wear label Iron Lily! The class is a mixed fusion of X21, Barre Twist, and Yoga (I’ll be leading the barre section of the class!). Afterwards, join us for happy hour and shopping in the studio.
